      • Exchanges: We hope that you will be absolutely thrilled with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, AMP JEWELLERY is happy to offer an exchange or credit note for items returned within 30 days of purchase
      • Refunds: We will refund any ready made items purchased through this website if returned unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, within 14 working days following your receipt of the order
      • Policy Exemptions: Purchases exempt from our exchange and refund policy - unless they are faulty - are as follows: made to order pieces, bespoke/commissioned pieces, and customised pieces (please note this includes resized rings, engraved items, etc.)
