  • Shipping

    • Packaging: Items are safely secured inside our beautiful signature wooden boxes branded with the AMP JEWELLERY logo. Orders are dispatched in unbranded cardboard boxes. If you would like to enclose a personal message, please email info@ampjewellery.com
    • UK Delivery: If the piece is in stock, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery
    • International Delivery: If the piece is in stock, please allow 2-14 business days for delivery
    • Customs charges: All customs charges, duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer
    • Special Circumstances: If you need an item sooner than the stated delivery time then please email info@ampjewellery.com before placing your order



  • Returns

    • Exchanges: We hope that you will be absolutely thrilled with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, AMP JEWELLERY is happy to offer an exchange or credit note for items returned within 30 days of purchase
    • Refunds: We will refund any ready made items purchased through this website if returned unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, within 14 working days following your receipt of the order
    • Policy Exemptions: Purchases exempt from our exchange and refund policy - unless they are faulty - are as follows: made to order pieces, bespoke/commissioned pieces, and customised pieces (please note this includes resized rings, engraved items, etc.)
